Marketplace OS provides an AI-powered platform for creating, managing, and scaling online marketplaces. The Service includes tools for listing management, payments, analytics, and AI-assisted automation.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Marketplace OS retains all rights to the platform, software, and associated intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketplace OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
